I am very pleased with solid Ground LLc. I was receiving several text massages since a few years ago that they want to buy my land. I was hesitating for some times as it seemed too good to be true. Finally I replied back to them that I want to sale my land. Since then they were in touch with me when needed. After a few months passed by they send a mobile notary to close the sale, and deposited my fund the next day. I do recommend them.

My husband had high hopes in selling to Solid Ground Sales but I did not. He seemed to really trust the representative he was working with and persuaded me to give them a shot. I have always felt like you can't really win in a real estate transaction if you don't have a realtor representing you so this is the first time we did a sale alone. If you're reading this you probably were on the fence like we were about selling your property to Solid Ground Sales. Every property is different but we can attest that for our land in Macon Solid Ground Sales did everything they promised in the contract and even closed 37 days sooner than the contract stipulated. We would definitely use them again and of course would highly recommend to family and friends.
Solid Ground Sales exceeded my expectations if I'm being completely honest. What stood out most was their communication. We've worked with a company that purchases land similarly in this "wholesale" format and really didn't have much hope in Solid Ground Sales closing within the time they promised. I was wrong and I'm very happy my wife convinced me to give them a chance to purchase our property in north Miami. Would highly recommend!
We received a mailer from Solid Ground Sales about our land in Houston. We called them and spoke to Ann who was very friendly and knowledgeable. They offered us fair value for the property and we went ahead and signed their contract. 57 days later we closed! So happy we responded to Solid Ground Sales!

They handled my sale of land very well. I had issues with stuff remaining, and county violations; but they were able to help me thru the process, and close without issue. Communications were very good, both email and phone calls.
After signing the contract I had some trouble reaching the original rep I was working with. However, when Lisa the Closing Coordinator called me back everything was smooth as butter. Way better than I expected to be honest. Would definitely refer Solid Ground Sales to friends and/or family!

The whole process was positive and we are happy we worked with Solid Ground Sales. I will admit it took a few weeks before we heard from their "closing coordinator" after signing the agreement which worried us a little bit. But after we met Lisa it was smooth sailing the rest of the way. Would highly recommend Solid Ground Sales to friends and family.
This is the second property we've sold to SGS. Both of our properties had septic and water which helped make for a fast closing I suppose. We were promised to close within 90 days but we closed on the 37th day into our agreement. Would definitely highly recommend Solid Ground Sales if you are looking to sell your vacant land.
I've worked with a company like this before so I guess you can say I kind of knew what to expect going in. At it's core this is more of a high convenience way to sell your property. I got what I wanted for the property and closed in 47 days. ZERO COMPLAINTS HERE!
I was apprehensive with some of the negative reviews. From what I was told SGS buys thousands of properties a year and sometimes the property just doesn't work out and these are the people that tend to write a negative review. I took the risk knowing our property was good to go having water and septic, etc, and gave them a chance to buy it. Not enough people talk about their positive experience on the web so I'm here to tell you I'd give Solid Ground Sales 10 stars if I could.
